Job Description
Develop application solutions and enhancements for our Ektron CMS websites using latest industry standards and best practices.
Execute product upgrades and maintenance releases to existing applications.
Execute maintenance and bug fixes to existing applications.
Switch easily between tasks as priorities change and issues escalate.
Contribute to production deployments, including documentation of technical specifications and release notes.
Lead the technical development components for 2 – 3 Ektron projects at a time, using latest industry standards and best practices.
Code review the work of all developers on the team, evaluating maintainability, performance and security standards compliance.
Mentor and train developers on the team, optimizing their performance.
Skills and Minimum Qualifications
Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or comparable experience.
Familiarity with .NET based CMS environment, such as Ektron, Sitecore, Umbraco, Kentico, Sitefinity.
Web development experience in ASP.NET (C#), SQL Server, and web services.
A strong aversion to re-writing the same code over and over again on sequential projects; you want instead to build beautiful, re-usable code!.
