Job Description
Provide technical solution and leadership to projects and pursuing project opportunities. Take part in reviewing, designing, and trouble-shooting project technical architecture, designs, common components, and code.
Be accountable for the technical integrity of the project architecture/design.
Support Sales Team on pre-sales activities and participate in responding to client proposal requests. Meet and consult with clients to determine scope and effort of projects.
Architect, develop and implement enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework developer tool sets, including Visual Studio 2013 and above.
Extensive understanding and experience with the MVC architecture pattern for applications and the Entity Framework.
Architect, develop and implement supporting database systems using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and/or 2012.
Architect, develop, and implement MS SQL Server business intelligence/data warehouse solutions using SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS.
Collaborate with graphic designers and integrate HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX (JQuery) with functional programming.
Understanding of unit testing tools and practices, as well as experience with ALM software utilities.
Understanding of Responsive Web Design practices. Mobile development experience a plus iOS and/or Android
Skills and Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 8+ years experience in information technology.
Current Microsoft certifications desirable in either web development or
business intelligence/data warehousing.
Current accredited software architect certifications a plus (tool-based, framework-based, etc.).
At least 8+ years of work experience with architecting, designing and developing Windows and browser-based software solutions.
